Client: Leading Investment Bank
Client Challenge: As part of a Global Cost Optimisation initiative, the client was relocating Technology and Operation functions from New York City to Florida.
Our Approach:
- Charles Alan provided resources such as Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Test Managers to oversee the migration of technology services.
- During the migration, Charles Alan worked with the Client’s Head of Talent to identify and hire key positions for the organisation.

Client: Broker Dealer
Client Challenge: Exclusively supported the COO of a leading Broker Dealer with the relocation of key technology and operation functions to Hyderabad India. The positions varied from Managing Director level through to building teams of Developers.
Our Approach:
As part of the Client request, Charles Alan was required to conduct extensive market research into the local area, identify strategic local sourcing Partners, and regularly present to the Client’s Senior Management team to assist and advise with their resource and operational planning.
