Client: Leading Investment Bank
Client Challenge: As part of a Global Cost Optimisation initiative, the client was relocating Technology and Operation functions from New York City to Florida.
Our Approach:
- Charles Alan provided resources such as Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Test Managers to oversee the migration of technology services.
- During the migration, Charles Alan worked with the Client’s Head of Talent to identify and hire key positions for the organisation.

Client: Broker Dealer
Client Challenge: Exclusively supported the COO of a leading Broker Dealer with the relocation of key technology and operation functions to Hyderabad India. The positions varied from Managing Director level through to building teams of Developers.
Our Approach:
