As part of a Global Cost Optimisation initiative, a leading Investment Bank was relocating Technology and Operation functions from New York City to Florida.


Our approach:

Charles Alan provided resources such as Program and Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Test Managers to oversee the migration of technology services.

During the migration, Charles Alan worked with the Client’s Head of Talent to identify and hire key positions for the organisation.


Outcome & Results:
