We have deliberately built a model that sits between all three. Not a traditional recruiter. Not a management consultancy. Not a staffing agency. We are the enterprise workforce partner.
Over the past decade we have built specialist teams, run transformation programmes and strengthened leadership capability inside global organisations across financial services, technology, cyber security, gaming, pharmaceuticals and professional services. We work with senior leaders making workforce decisions in the AI era, leaders who need a partner capable of sitting on both sides of the table: talent and transformation, not one or the other.

Our leadership has senior, in-role experience across all three of our capabilities: Talent and Executive Search, Programme Delivery, and Workforce Transformation, built up across London, New York, Dallas and Bangalore.
We have built, led and transformed teams inside the sectors we now serve: technology, cyber security, financial services and digital transformation. The pressures of scaling, restructuring and reshaping a workforce are pressures we have been on the inside of, not advised on from outside.
That experience lets us do more than apply a process. We help senior leaders make workforce decisions in the AI era, backed by data, AI-enabled workforce intelligence, and practitioner judgement and design the development work that grows the next generation of leaders for an organisation that will look different from how it does today.

Throughout her career, she has established and led complex, multi-million pound programmes focused on regulatory transformation, operational redesign, workforce change and strategic business operations across the UK, US and Europe.
Jon Reece
Global Managing directorJon is a global leader in talent solutions and workforce strategy, with over twenty years of experience building and scaling teams across the UK, US and India. Throughout his career he has partnered with senior leadership teams to deliver workforce transformation initiatives, support complex programme delivery and help organisations identify, relocate and scale teams across nearshore and offshore locations.
His experience spans global talent strategy, operational growth, workforce planning and building high-performing teams across banking, technology, professional services and global enterprise environments.

Kanchan is a transformation and operational excellence specialist with extensive experience leading strategic business transformation programmes across global organisations. She has partnered with CxO leaders to design and implement Target Operating Models, operational restructuring and workforce transformation initiatives across India, the US and Europe.
Her experience spans process optimisation, shared services, cross functional operating models and large scale change programmes focused on aligning people, process and technology to support scalable business growth.
